Start with the face, then the body colour, then the torso marking. Keep the statue in view while you check.
A three-part inspection
These are community-described visual cues. They are a useful inspection routine, not a complete list of every disguise in the current build. A fast update can change appearances faster than a static reference can follow.
| Look at | Compare against | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Face | The face on an ordinary Glaggle of the same type | The community reference describes missing or incorrect facial details. |
| Body colour | Another example of that same type | An unusual colour can be a disguise clue; different Glaggle types naturally look different. |
| Torso marking | The usual position and appearance of its body face | A missing or mismatched torso face is another documented clue. |
Do not turn one clue into a universal rule
Movement speed is a poor standalone test. Available community descriptions conflict about how disguised characters move under different conditions. This wiki therefore does not tell you that every fast character, or every slow character, must be an enemy.
Glagglepedia lore is also not a substitute for the Roblox game’s rules. The developer says Enfosi takes inspiration from Glagglepedia while using its own story and concepts. A lore page can describe something that is not a usable mechanic in this experience.
An inspection routine for a crowded screen
Find a clean comparison
Look for two arrivals of the same type. Compare the shape and placement of their face details instead of comparing unrelated characters.
Check one part at a time
Work from head to body. A consistent order is easier to repeat under pressure than scanning every character at random.
Keep the objective in view
Do not follow one suspicious character so far that you lose the route to the statue. Reposition when the crowd obscures your view.
Learn from a clear encounter
When a disguise is revealed in your current run, remember the difference you could actually see. Use that example as your next comparison.
After the disguise breaks
Finding a disguise and finishing the threat are separate tasks. The official description warns that the impostors will fight back, and that later waves introduce more monsters and bosses.
Plan where you can move before starting the encounter. If another player has already engaged the threat, keep the statue and remaining crowd in view instead of letting everyone chase the same target. This is a suggested team habit, not a claim about a hidden targeting rule.
When a picture guide disagrees with the game
Use the current in-game model as your reference. An old image can belong to an earlier update, a cosmetic variant or even a different Glaggle game. Check the source and the version before memorising a visual difference.
This page deliberately avoids labelling an old gallery as a complete SMILE MORE disguise chart. If you report a changed cue, include the difficulty, what you saw and a public clip link so the example can be checked in context.
